Laying flooring means hours on your knees, moving a foot at a time. These pads put a gel cushion between you and the subfloor. They also work for garden beds, construction work and any job that keeps you low. Take one off between tasks and it can serve as a kneeling pad on the floor or in the yard.
Each pad has a tough nylon shell with gel padding, in navy and black. Adjustable straps let you set the fit around your leg. You can wear them over work pants, or under them for a closer fit with knee compression. They come as one pair and fit both women and men.

Use and care
- Brush grit off the nylon shell so it does not grind into floor finishes.
- Keep the strap fasteners clear of lint and dirt so they close firmly.

A Must Have For Me!
I only used them one day so far and if not for these pads I would not have been able to clean the baseboards on the house I worked. I cannot get on my bare knees for even a few seconds but with these things I was gliding through as if I had knees of a 16 year old! I have arthritis and inflammation bad so I really didn't think this was going to work but had to take chances if I'm going to take jobs that require me getting on my knees and what a life saver!!!! They seem durable and I sure put them through the test on concrete floors all day and they still look and feel good. I love the gel pads and how the pads stay on my knees. They stay in place and I love the strap being easy on, easy off! Definitely worth every bit of the price!!!
Excellent Knee Protection for Long Work Hours
I've purchased these knee pads three times, and they never disappoint. They are very comfortable, provide excellent cushioning, and stay in place while working. The gel padding really protects my knees during long hours of flooring and other tasks. Durable, adjustable, and well worth the purchase. Highly recommended!
Velcro Not So Good
6 months and Velcro won't stay attached. Pads constantly fall off

Gel zone works, loop strap fails
I'm a cleaner. These get put on and taken off several times a day, 5+ days a week. This is my second set in 2 years. The gel pad never fails and the hook and loop stay behind my knee at all times. While moving around on my knees the pad sometimes slips, but is easy to move back into place without getting up. One PROBLEM is the loop side of the strap wears out and looses its grip. I wish there were a replacement strap for these since they work really well. 4 stars for strap failing over time.

Yes. You can wear them over or under work pants. Under the pants they add knee compression, and over the pants they are quicker to put on and take off.
